SETTING UP reCAPTCHA

On your WordPress dahsboard, head to "Forms" then select "Integrations".

Find the recaptcha integration. Once you're there you will see several options.

Select the version of recaptcha service that you want to use. V2 only accepts your website's key and recaptcha's secret key, while V3 have an additonal option which is the minimum accepted score, in this way the security will be a little bit tighter.

Make sure you input the correct details required in the setup. Once done, make sure to hit the "save changes" button.

After all the steps, try to test your form, recaptcha should appear before the submit button.
