Get the Tracking ID on your Google Analytics account.
Head to Forms → Integrations screen.
Google Analytics widget, paste the Tracking ID.
Click Save Changes.
Your forms will now start tracking events.
Use the Google Analytics option under your form builder Setup tab, To turn it on/off on a form.
